W artykule przedstawiono sposób wzmocnienia elementów historycznej konstrukcji Domu Handlowego Renoma we Wrocławiu w związku z jego przebudową i rozbudową. Najszerzej potraktowano problem wzmocnienia konstrukcji stropu, które komplikował brak spawalności stali historycznej użytej na konstrukcję obiektu. W ramach przebudowy wewnątrz obiektu wykonano wiele wyburzeń. Stateczność obiektu zapewniono, stosując system dodatkowych elementów konstrukcyjnych (stężeń) oraz indywidualne rozwiązania w miejscach wycięcia słupów konstrukcyjnych, tzw. belki transferowe oraz portalowe ramy transferowe. Zwrócono również uwagę na wzmocnienie: ścian murowanych oraz fundamentów.

The issue of strengthen existing elements construction of Trading House Renoma in connection with the reconstruction of the object

The article presents the solutions of the strengthening elements in the historic structure of the Trading House Renoma in Wrocław with reference to the reconstruction and expansion of the object.The problem of the enhancement of the floor structure, which complicated the declaration of non-weldability steel used for the construction of a historical object is discussed in detail. Moreover, various ways to increase the capacity of vertical elements in the structure are presented.The process of reconstruction involved a series of demolitions inside the building. The stability of the builiding was ensured through the use of additional structural elements (bracings) and individual solutionswhere structural columns were cut out, so-called transfer beam and transfer portal frame. Attention was drawn to the other strengthenings of the building: brick walls and foundations.
